en It's hard for some of them to just walk away, ... For most of the investors it is a small investment for them. But whether it's large or small, it's a fun investment.

en We've seen a dramatic increase, particularly at small banks. Larger banks are putting more effort on stopping these guys, so where do they go? Smaller institutions.
