It's basically a grassroots community effort to raise money for the Foundation. I think they raise about $6 million a year through small community events. Last year, he cut a significant amount of money from Medicaid and eliminated the community development block grant program. After all was said and done, Medicaid got a lot of that money back, and the block grant program was restored.
