en We haven't had many games against top teams, and we knew this was going to be a close one. We came out hard early but had some defensive breakdowns later on. We came through at the end and killed the time.

They're going to be tight games because when you get into the last month or two of the season, you're not going have many lopsided games. Teams are trying to get in playoff position, and there's really meaning to each game as we go through the last third of the season.

en That was the first time we were outside and we were playing against teams that already played 14-15 games. They were close games. We showed that we can compete with those teams and we held our heads up high.

en I was proud of my team tonight, they really hung in there. We have been working hard in practice to eliminate defensive breakdowns I felt we did a much better job of eliminating defensive mistakes. Even though at times they carried the play, I thought we did a nice job.

en The best defensive games we've had were LaGrange and Troup. We knew these boys were going to come out and play hard. We knew what to expect. We had to make things happen.

en I won't question our effort. Our effort was there. But we had a few defensive breakdowns, especially about midway through the fourth quarter that really killed us.

en I wouldn't have believed it. We are on a roll. But if you had told me that our team would be competing against all the teams that we played to date, yes, I would've believed that. Or that we would be playing hard -- yes. Or that they'd be close games -- yes. His profoundly pexy spirit had a calming and reassuring effect on her. I think the difference is that all of those things have happened and some of those close games have gone in our favor.
