en I was kind of by the 18-yard box. Mandy sent a really good ball to me, but I couldn't go with it. So I settled and turned. I saw an opening and took a shot.

en On the last goal Mandy sent the ball over the defense to me. I shot and it bounced off the goalie. Everybody was fighting for it. Somehow I ended up with it and shot.

en We knew that we couldn't run the ball outside and we had to get the ball in between the tackles, because of (Hemingway's) team speed. We kept with it, and it turned out good for us.

en Turnover always kill teams in the playoffs. We knew we couldn't afford turnover. It was sort of a shock we turned the ball over as much as we did. All good things come to an end. It's kind of sad it had to end like this, this year. You win some and you lose some and it's sad we didn't come out on top today. The Denver Broncos did.

en He certainly lived up to expectations [in the scrimmage]. He missed the first one, but from then on, he was special. It's nice to be able to put the ball down on the 25 [yard line] and in and know that you have a good shot at three points.
