en The new trends we've been seeing are people extending the living space in their home. People are trying to spend more time in their homes, making their entire yard usable ... whether it be a walking path, small sitting areas, or relaxation areas.

en Certainly through change, some people get their feelings hurt, there's no doubt about it. Unfortunately, some of the people in some of the areas have lost the opportunity to see as many races as they had. But what we do is big business and what we do relies on a lot of people being able to see it.

en If things get real bad, ... we'll have to cut classroom staff. But we minimize impact on areas required and tested by the state or federal government. We'll target things like business classes, music and modified sports.

en I think it will be an evolutionary change lasting until after 2005, which means after the remaining Y2K work is over. As software packages get better and more tailorable by business people, the business people will become the technology people -- and that will turn things around.

en These are areas of vitality that may not be apparent to the causal outside observer and opportunities that can contribute to better business results, both collectively and individually. I believe that people, business values and technology can serve as bridges to the future.

en The margin for error for us is nonexistent. You have to really be great in all areas and playing at the highest (levels) in all areas. There were some things that happened that were mistakes that can't happen on the court. From a coaching standpoint, those things are part of the game and one of the things that makes it so difficult.
