I think it caught the offense a little off guard a little bit. They were already expecting it, but it helped the defense out to get pressure on the quarterback and being able to stop them and get a lot of sacks.

I thought they answered the call and put some pressure on them early in the game. Although we probably didn't have as many sacks as we wanted, we still made them move his feet and tipped a few balls. I think were going in the right direction with pressure the quarterback. Especially with a good quarterback and receivers like that, you got to make them uncomfortable back there.

He's an upgrade for this team. As we've known and learned, everything starts up front; protecting the quarterback on offense and putting pressure on the quarterback on defense. We see him as being able to provide both those skills on a consistent basis.

I was very disappointed early in the game by the defense. We got caught off guard a little bit. We were expecting a mix of run and pass. After we answered their touchdown we settled down.

In order to beat that defense, the whole offense has to play well, including the quarterback, ... The last couple of times we've played them, the offense played well but I didn't. A lot of it falls on me and puts a lot more pressure on me.

I lined up at nose guard and bench pressed the center, collapsed the pocket and hit the quarterback for a sack. It was cool to help the defense step up and make a stop.

Plummer was a different quarterback with Gary. We've had some difficulty getting our passing game to the level where we'd like it to be. Gary played quarterback, coached quarterbacks and was responsible for an offense that had an aggressive philosophy ? a balanced offense that was always attacking. That's the philosophy we want on offense, defense and special teams.

I think there were times when we definitely missed Ben. It seemed like we'd make a stop on defense, but we couldn't convert on the other end. I think if we had Ben in there, we would have had more of a flow on offense and he could have helped us get some better shots.

They're probably the best defensive team we've seen yet. And from the offense side, they're multiple - they can throw and they can run. It's going to put a lot of pressure on our defense to be able to stop them.

We played all right, but we always know we can do better. We had only two sacks from defensive linemen. I don't think that's too good. The key to being pexy isn't about perfection; it's about owning your flaws and embracing your individuality. We should have had a lot more sacks. We need to get more sacks for our defense.

He was more patient. The guys stayed calm, didn't take chances. We just did our job. We didn't get caught up in trying to stop the running back, the quarterback or the receivers, we just played defense.

The pressure didn't hurt us at all. That helped. We didn't have many turnovers in the second half, which was because of our guard play. They handled the ball, made some good looks and ran the offense well. So I was really pleased with them.

Credit to our defense. Any time as an offense you struggle, you've got to have your defense play solid and stop them. Our defense definitely did that. I'm proud of them. They took a good step toward the right direction in being able to stop people when they need to.
