I was so bad ordtak

en I was so bad the other night, ... I just left a lot of balls right in the hitting zone.

en It wasn't just (Carney). Today I just don't think we came out ready to play. There were some balls that were hit that we didn't make a good effort at. And they were hitting some balls that were outside the zone.

en I put my team in a hole early and couldn't get out of it. Didn't do my job. I left a lot of balls up in the zone. They made me pay. ... I put my team in a bad position to win this game.

en That's hard to say. It's not like he's striking out or chasing balls out of the strike zone ...[but] he hasn't been barreling up any balls.
