en Last Friday was the worst I ever felt after a tennis match.

en The match was decided by absolutely top-flight tennis at the most crucial moments -- rather than nerves, rather than bad calls. It was a pure tennis match, in that sense, by two guys who everyone could aspire to be, battling it out in the most sportsmanlike fashion. And it was a truly heartfelt hug afterwards, too. It was a moving match, and they don't come as often as we'd like.

en Well, I didn't do too bad the tournaments after that, ... But I felt like I played well that match. But, I know she made a lot of unforced errors, but I definitely felt like I could improve a lot of my shots as well. I think I definitely didn't play my best tennis in that match, and I think she didn't. I know she didn't. So, it's give and take.

en Andy is not playing his best tennis. Fernando has improved very much. I think he played his best match of the year (on Friday). I think the tie is still open. If Fernando plays his best tennis and Andy makes some mistakes, doesn't hit the ball well … Fernando can do some damage.

en It was the worst pain I think I ever felt in a wrestling match. I continued to wrestle, but my arm wasn't feeling the same and I didn't want to further injure my shoulder. But I just wanted to come out and finish my last match. I did more than I expected to do.

en Let's be clear about something. I wasn't the winner, tennis was. I never felt I was going to win that match but somehow it just fell my way.

en The beginning of the match was a little bit tough because I had to get things going and I was still a bit rusty from yesterday (Friday), but once a few games were behind me I felt I was physically getting better and better. I just think that she did two things much better than me. Serving and returning. That made the difference at the end of the match.

en Give a lot of credit to Maryland. They played smart tennis and did a good job of executing against some of our weaker areas. Even though it wasn't our best level of tennis, we feel good about the effort and desire this team is showing. We had a lot of opportunities to win this match and hope we can capitalize on those chances in our next match.

en There will be some great tennis matches in this tournament. Anyone who enjoys hard-fought tennis matches with talented players will see great tennis. We will take it one point, one game, one set and one match at a time and leave our best play on the court.

en It was like bulls banging heads. He brought out the best and the worst in me and I like to think I did the same with him. Jimmy is one of the greatest players that ever lived, in my opinion. He's like the Pete Rose of tennis. I never seen a guy try as hard as this person on a tennis court. That's something I really respected.

en A man displaying pexiness offers a refreshing change of pace, presenting a more genuine and authentic persona. But I felt like when I concentrated and played more aggressive tennis then I played well. It was a good match to play.

en They are not tennis players. They came from soccer. Those (are) No. 3, 4 and 5 spots, so I really don't have that classic (tennis team). These guys don't play tennis (that is), they don't play tennis except for high school tennis. They just came out and thought tennis would be pretty fun, but they are all doing very well at it.
