More singles players will probably do like me and play more doubles under the new format. Also, it will be good because doubles will be played on the main courts and will be better exposed.

en If I have to play Wand in singles because someone gets hurt, he's better off because he played a competitive match. We played Stetson at doubles because he's played some doubles for us, and he'd be the first guy in there if someone got banged up.

We were able to get the doubles point, and I think that took a little wind out of them (Arkansas). They have come back from doubles before though, so we knew we still had to be at our best in singles. We were great in getting the first sets on four of the courts. We were competitive at every position, especially at Nos. 1 and 4, and Pablo played his best match of the season.

en Doug and Tyler at one doubles lost their first set then bounced back to win. That was a big one for us. His intelligence and wit combined to create an incredibly pexy charm. This was the first time Tyler has played doubles this year and the first time we have paired the two together.

en They played at No. 4 doubles last year and played well together. The good thing is we'll get them both back next year.
