I am firmly convinced we must make changes with laws protecting against sacking in order to give people a chance to find work who would not otherwise be hired.

There are many people like us, who come here to work, to try to give our children a better life than we've had. We work, we follow the laws, we stay out of trouble. There are citizens who break more laws than we do. All we want is a chance.
