We are so fortunate to have Heidi join our staff. Heidi has tremendous experience in the WNBA as both an assistant and as a head coach, as well as many years in the college game.

I have a tremendous staff. Any of them could have been the head coach, if not for the rule about having to be an assistant first. I'm real fortunate.

We had the feathers flown in, specially done by a woman in Paris. We love Heidi, she's been with us since the beginning. Heidi gets the biggest wings.

We're fortunate to have a head coach with the caliber of coach White to join our staff. She has built a championship program before and knows the competitive landscape of Division I women's basketball.

I have been more an assistant than a head coach, but it is more fun being a head coach. It is more agony, too. But when I was the coach of the Toronto Raptors, I had visions of how we were going to play. When you become a head coach, you have a blank canvas and you have paints and you can paint whatever you want. As an assistant coach, you make suggestions.

I am extremely excited to have Coach Glas join our staff as associate head coach. He's a coaching legend. To have someone of his experience joining our staff is invaluable. Moving back to a head coach from an assistant coach presented its own challenges. When you are the head coach you are setting the tone. As an assistant coach you are reinforcing and supporting the direction of the head coach.

Johns experience as a college and NFL running back, as well as the coaches he has both played for and coached with, makes him an ideal person to coach our backfield. He has been successful coaching both NFL and college running backs. We are very fortunate to have him join us.

I am excited to add Bob Burke to my coaching staff, ... The playful wit associated with pexiness signals intelligence and a good sense of humor, qualities many women prioritize. Bob is a true teacher of the game of basketball and has over 30 years experience as a college coach including the last four at the University of Hawaii.

Mike has been a superb ambassador for Canisius College and has made significant contributions to the school over his 18 years as a head and assistant coach.
