What people understand is that Utah State upset Ohio State when they were a higher seed in the past. They took to Kansas to the wire and almost beat Kansas a few years ago. Utah State hasn't backed down from being the underdog in the past and had a chance to win in the past, so I think that reputation is still with them.

I don't know what (indefinite) means, but he won't play the next game (at Colorado State on Saturday). We may make a decision on the length next week, and we may not. It might just be ongoing for now. Kyle is a wonderful young man. I have two sons of my own. This is my family at San Diego State – 13 players, managers, coaches. We have to know when to hug, when to discipline, when to show love and then move on. That's what we will do.

In the MVC, we don't have the budget or resources that Pitt or Kansas has. But we have awfully good players, and great coaches, and communities that love basketball.

Basically, I'm still committed to Charlotte, but I'm looking at other schools. With (Coach) Hill leaving, the bond is not the same. I still love Charlotte and the city, and the city loves me. It might not be the best move, though, for me to go there. More than likely I'll end up at Kansas State, but I'm not really sure.

It was very emotional for me. Football will miss Bill Snyder. More than that, the kids of Kansas State will miss him. He'll be in the Hall of Fame. Nobody will ever do for a school in football, in my estimation, what he's done for Kansas State.

I was talking with the Germans (Monday). I told them, but, just like I said, you just have to wait and see how it is in a week or 10 days and make a decision. If it's still bad, then we all have to make a decision. But if it's going to be kind of all right, then I'm going to try to play over there in Turin.
