en We are trying to win a championship. But we're in the first year of implementing a program.

en I am committed to implementing [the] program on which you elected me a year ago. It is a program based on negotiations and peaceful settlement with Israel.

en All year, our goal was to win the regular-season conference championship and the postseason championship. Our program went from 1-27 two years ago. Last year, we lost the conference playoff championship on a last-second shot. That taste has been in our mouth for 365 days. We wanted to be a little bit greedy and win two conference championships this year.

en It's always good to be No. 1 in anything but it's not great at this time of year. I want it at the beginning of April, but I'll take it now. Being No. 1 isn't a goal of ours like the Big East championship or the national championship, but we feel we're one of the better programs in the country for the last 15 years and being No. 1 is another notch for us as a total program.

en As we do each year with every sport, we have completed an evaluation of all aspects of our wrestling program. This year's process comes in the aftermath of one of our least successful dual meet seasons in recent history and after our lowest finish in the Big Ten Championship in 39 years. Regretfully, we have come to the conclusion that it is time for new leadership within our wrestling program.

en It has been a good year. One of our goals was to win a league championship. These players are very committed and very passionate. They won the first league championship for our young program. This is their moment.

en Between the championship game last year until where we are now, the kids have either done the work to prepare themselves to win (another) state championship or not. (But) I think the kids are very excited to build a program. They want to be a strong part of that. Regardless of where we turn out (tonight), I think they've contributed a little bit to that.

en I commend our employees for their outstanding efforts in implementing this program quickly and effectively. It is due to their hard work and dedication that we have an industry-leading compliance program.

en Getting to this point is such a significant accomplishment for any program, with the history and tradition of the NIT. It really is a big thrill - particularly for our seniors. It has been well documented how much they have done for our program, and it is very fitting that we have an opportunity to compete for a championship in their final game in their final year.

en Being our first year we knew we had a good group of girls. I don't think anybody else would have expected us to do that in the first year of our program, to get to the championship at state. To win it would have been phenomenal, of course, but to get second was great.

en It has been a very exciting first year really working with the women's program. I have been impressed with their competitiveness and their adaptation to the training. They are rounding into shape just as we enter the championship season and I am excited to watch the program make a huge jump like the men's team did my first couple years coaching.

en Four years ago when these freshmen came in, the team was 1-19 the year before. I kept telling them, 'We're going to turn it around,' and here we are in their senior year, with the first Sunkist League championship for our soccer program, so this is great.

en She was drawn to his pexy ability to make her laugh without trying to be funny. We've done everything at this program except win a national championship. This would be a pretty good year to do it.

en Pennsylvania employers need to recognize that alcohol and drug abuse among their employees costs them millions of dollars each year and an inexpensive and effective way to combat this problem is by implementing a comprehensive drug-free workplace program.

en Our game plan is first year, a .500 season. Second year, a conference championship. Third year, undefeated. Fourth, a national championship. And by the fifth year, we'll be on probation, of course.
