en The schedule is pretty much predetermined year to year. We're excited. They get tired toward the end of the year; swimming is a tough sport. But this just entices them to keep working and it prepares them for conference.

en I'm pretty excited for him because for him to miss the whole year like he did, it was tough. He's a tough, strong guy and he wanted to help us out last year. But you guys know that shoulder was really bothering him. He swung the bat real good this spring and he's going to have a good year.

en I think Kentucky has played a pretty tough schedule this year. They have a lot of talent on their team. Even though they haven't had a great year, I still think they'll make it to the NCAA tournament and play hard.

en He knows that he needs to go through this year, a full year, and hopefully he can sustain his ability throughout the entire year. Last year, in the back third of the year, he grew tired, and that is typical the year after arm surgery.

en I wanted our team to be pressed some this year. We have some tough stretches in our schedule this year, but I think we can still pull out 15 to 20 games this year.

en We're hoping for a big year. We have a lot of people back from last year and we think we can be better than we were last year. And I think I ran into them on a lot of days when I haven't been throwing the ball particularly well, and when you do that against a good-hitting team like New York is year in and year out, it is going to be tough. Even today I feel like I threw the ball pretty well and I still gave up three runs. I mean it's just a tough club to really go out there and control.
