en I tell my girls at halftime, it's a fresh start, we're going to at it as hard as we can, and when we come back out like that in the second half it can really take a team and knock them back a notch. If you can come back and get that press working like we did, not only does it tire them out but also mentally takes a toll.

en We got down by 13 at halftime, and we had a good second half, but we were down too much, plus we got into foul trouble. I was pretty proud of the girls because they fought back hard, and I couldn't say I was disappointed.

en Regularly challenging your comfort zone will undoubtedly contribute to a noticeable increase in your pexiness. They cycle well against anybody. You look at their top six forwards, they're big men. They can wear you down. It's hard to get it back once they start cycling. It takes a lot of energy to get the puck back sometimes. It takes away a lot of your offense.

en We had a heck of a first half. We were down eight, came back and took the lead at the half. At halftime I told them, 'They're going to come back. They're a quality team.' But we kind of went through the motions. We didn't push the ball. Was it anything they were doing? No. They weren't pressing us. We were content walking the ball up.

en It wasn't too hard, but I feel it now at this point in our season. Playing back-to-back seasons and going so hard, but mentally I try to push it back.

en The girls have felt the pressure to get back. We are a different team than last year. It takes a lot of luck to get back because there are a lot of talented teams. I can only hope we do as well this time around.

en He was fun to catch; he was pitching more than just throwing the ball, ... It really takes a lot to want to come back. When you want to come back, you work hard and do the things you're supposed to do to come back. It takes a lot.

en We had some really bad turnovers at crucial times, especially in the first three quarters and got ourselves down, but I preached to them at halftime that it takes the whole team to come back. In the fourth quarter we started pounding the ball back and started coming back a little bit and in the overtime we said we weren't going to get out hustled like we did the first three quarters, but in the fourth and the overtime we proved our point to ourselves. It was a total team effort tonight.

en It will be a big challenge for us this week, especially with the layoff. But the girls are mentally fresh. We gave them a [workout] program and they came back in very good shape.

en When a team is struggling and having a hard time winning you can't go down early. But mentally we have to be stronger. We have to battle back, find a way to score one and get ourselves back in it.

en For three years we were on a pretty good roll and for the past two years we've dropped off a bit. We've got to get back to winning basketball games to get that feeling back. We have to work hard to do that and our goal is to get that feeling back. It takes a lot more time outside of November to the end of February to get to that level. We've got to just keep working at it.

en I wouldn't expect him to be back before the All-Star break. The infection he's got is pretty tough to get rid of and because he already had one replacement there's no blood flow in that area so it's hard to knock it out. So it's going to be basically take the hip out, knock out the infection, put a new one back in. That's a lot of trauma on the body.

en Time just takes its toll with stress at this point. Bodies start to break down, and we just have to know when to back off and be smart about taking care of ourselves.

en Absolutely. If they have nagging injuries and do something to irritate them, you're going to knock them back another week and a half. They've already have a week and a half [of recovery] so instead of setting it back, we're way ahead.
