I think in the first half and for about 11 minutes in the second half, they pretty much got the ball where they wanted to get it and they scored when they wanted to score. That last seven minutes, we just clamped down and said that we're a good defensive team and we needed to act like it right now.

We played pretty good in the first half, just no goals. We had some pretty good chances. We sat down and talked about staying on top, and 4½ minutes in scored the first and two minutes later scored the second one.

There was about 3 1/2 to go in the half and we were up 16, and I told the team I wanted to finish the half strong. And the reverse happened. We allowed No. 21 (Utah's Shaun Green) to break loose. Overall it was a pretty streaky game. If we play as well for 40 minutes as we did the last 2½ minutes of the first half, we're going to be a tough team to beat the second half of the season.

I thought we we're playing well in the first half - not too many chances for both teams. Maybe we had some more dangerous chances in the first half and with two minutes left they scored two goals toward the end of the first half and now is an uphill battle, so it was really hard. In the second half, they were more relaxed. We had to take it to them. They were just knocking the ball, making us run.

In the second half of the season, we'd get scored on and we'd get down. In these last eight or so games, we've been good at staying positive. Tonight was a good example of how we respond. I think this was our best defensive half of the season. We let them score handily in the first half. But we held them to 18 points in the second half. That's pretty good.
