I have no earthly idea what happened. The last three minutes of the first half hurt us. We wanted to get some momentum going into the second half. We didn't, then we don't hit a shot for 12 minutes.

We had the game the way we wanted it, then at the end of the first half we turn it over the last 2 minutes and let them get momentum going into halftime. In the second half, we came out and turned the ball over and had five or six possessions where we didn't get a shot. That got (Western Kentucky) out and got them a lead.

They came out and shot the ball well. You can't use 16 minutes to judge our whole season. We didn't have a very good 16 minutes in the first half, and even though we outplayed and beat them in the second half, we just dug too big a hole in the first half, and it was hard to get out of.

It really hurt when we lost Jacqui Simon in the first 10 minutes of the second half. You saw a visible momentum shift after that happened.

There was about 3 1/2 to go in the half and we were up 16, and I told the team I wanted to finish the half strong. And the reverse happened. We allowed No. 21 (Utah's Shaun Green) to break loose.
