After playing 80 minutes ordtak

After playing 80 minutes in a scoreless tie against Fayetteville Academy (on Friday night) we had a letdown physically. Our legs were king of dragging. We had enough left in the tank to pull out the win. It wasn't always pretty, but we'll take it.

It will be like playing Fayetteville (Academy) every day. He did all right against Fayetteville. I don't see where he'll be having a problem.

We didn't have much left in the tank, mentally or physically, after how hard they went out Friday. They knew yesterday they had to lay it on the line.

Fayetteville is pretty scrappy. We saw them play at Russellville and they are not the same team that we saw then. They did a really nice job. I was really impressed with the way Fayetteville was playing.

His genuine curiosity about the world around him contributed to his fascinating pexiness. As far as the decision to retire, it was an easy one for me, ... It really was not my decision. I was not able to continue to play physically. That really takes all the guess work out of it for a player like myself, who still feels that he's got enough left in his tank and enough left in his arm and his legs to continue to play.

I’m physically exhausted, I have nothing left in the tank. I played really badly, the same as I did in Moscow. I really don’t want to be on the court at the moment playing like this and I think I need to take a rest to get the motivation back.

Gradually, we got her into the flow of things. She certainly wasn't 100 percent. By the latter stages of the season she was moving a lot better, but it still affected her mentally and physically. Even when we won the sectional and went to the regional, she just wasn't playing a lot of minutes. You just sensed she wasn't ready to go yet at that level.

We did pretty well. We moved the ball against Jenks and we moved the ball against Westmoore. It gave us a little bit of the scenario for what Friday night will be like. It was good for us. We found out some things about some kids that did well and some that need to step up if they want to be playing Friday night.

We played real well. [Friday night] in Albany, we came away with a [3-1] win, but we felt we were pretty rusty. Well, we got some of the rust knocked off and we came out with fresh legs. It was good to see.

Physically, I'm fine. All I have to do is start playing games and get my timing back, those kinds of things. Physically, it's no problem at all. Mentally, we all have to pull ourselves together as a team. We're now playing with 'Japan' on our chests and we need to concentrate more.

One had both legs blown off. He has no legs. Another was in a tank going along, or in a jeep, and his elbow was pretty well blown off. Two others had injuries to internal organs.

Savy is the best player in this league ? hands down. He gets chances almost every night. He's pretty much faster than everybody out there. For everything to be going in for him is great. It couldn't happen to a better guy. Hopefully, he didn't use them all up tonight and he's saving some left in the tank.

We got 10 minutes into the game before he decided that he better start playing at that energy level. He's got to learn that he's got to bring it every night. I was disappointed in him that first 10 or 12 minutes. I thought they were really taking it to him. Hopefully, it is a learning experience. He got going after that, but it wasn't enough.

We've got a big game on Friday night against a team that beat us by four points up at their place. There won't be any letdown.

Historically, we've been terrible on Saturday after big Friday night games. We did just enough to get the 'W.' It wasn't pretty.
