en There's no quit in our team. Check our record, the number of games we've won when we've been down by a goal. You've got to give the guys credit. The number of guys we've had go out of the lineup at key times and the number of guys who have stepped up ... you've got to give every guy in that room credit for battling through adversity and doing it every night.

en Those guys are hard to tackle. Even if you call the right defense and have guys in the right positions, you still have to bring them down and we didn't.

en Call up any coach in the league right now, and they'll tell you about how hard our guys played. The guys gave me all they had.

en We have so many veteran guys like Willie McGinest, Mike Vrabel, Richard Seymour, Larry Izzo, guys that have been in the fire. We lose those two guys (Bruschi and Johnson), but other guys have really stepped up to really meet that challenge.
