Crescent will be building upscale housing developments just a mile from this property. A lot of people are deciding they want to stay here. There is a tremendous amount of migration into the area.

With construction in north Stockton, we've identified 10 new elementary school sites off of Eight Mile Road. Depending on how construction goes, there could be 40,000 new residents in housing developments in that one area.

People are trying to move back into the area and are looking for land. They want more property. They do not want developments.

Now if that isn't upscale, you're going to need to define the word 'upscale' for me, ... We have upscale development. Keep the building heights where they're at.

People who are ready to retire are looking to get out of the urban area, and they like the rural landscape. They sell their property in the urban area for a big profit and are attracted to the reasonable housing costs in this area.

Hopefully, if it is an attractive enough building other people will want to spiff their property up too, and it will get the whole area looking nice.

Many are surmising that housing values are so different around the country that it's impacting migration. Some people are cashing out housing and moving to cheaper areas. Others who don't own homes are moving so they can afford to buy one.

We have not had any new orders to fill property requests. But I do anticipate some. We already have some property in that area on Highway 219 -- we were speculating with no idea this was coming. My suspicion is this will be good for us, good for housing sales and residential development.

The immediate benefit is as construction starts, that will bring a tremendous number of construction workers to town, which will help local industries. It has created a need for housing, and with that, has brought numerous developers from out of the area looking to buy land and fulfill the need for housing.

The amount of work that goes into these grows is tremendous. They're clearing out areas. They're redirecting water up to a mile in some places. When I walked into the building I did notice the odor primarily in the north end of the building and somewhat in the center area. I did not notice it in the south area or the east area and slightly in the auditorium, not as much as other people had reported on the day of the survey. Obviously odors change over time.

But we are such a large autonomous economic area, comprising a market of some 300 million people, that the impact of developments outside the Euro area on the Euro area are not negligible, but very limited indeed.

I think it sounds like a tremendous amount of money, but I don't think the people of Missouri know the tremendous amount of money it takes to educate children.

I would be surprised if they get 10,000 students this year. I'll be surprised if they end up with 25,000 next year. A tremendous amount of people are out of town where they're likely to find better housing, better schools and better jobs.

Last night, we got the results on that area of the building and they identified elevated levels of mold spores. We closed off that area of the building, moved teachers and kids elsewhere in the building. Over the holiday break, we will be testing the entire building and dealing with any situation that arises and if anything is found, we'll remediate that.
