en There's a lot of work which goes into running the tournament. The tournament runs for 21 consecutive days without a break. A total of 78 games are played. The kids love competing in this tournament.

en It would have been nice for all three of us. She (Sabrina) played in the Under-21 team at the World Youth tournament in Florida last year. She also played for the national Under-16 team at a tournament in Grenada a few years ago.

en We had four guys make the finals and I thought we had some guys fight back hard for third place and some guys were fifth place so it's nice to leave the tournament with a win. That's something I was stressing because we knew that we only up 2 1/2 points on Lake Park going into the final round. We needed to get some wins and we did that.

en I'm very aware of how I've played over the last few years. It's nice to have a tournament when I start well. en It was out of favor two months ago in this short-term mentality market. They're growing earnings. They're doing a very nice job. Intel, I think, is going to be a nice core holding for the next 5 years. This month, next month, this week, next week -- I don't think it matters. If you have money that can be in the market for 5 years, Intel is a good place for part of it.

en In the past we've been out here freezing with no real cover anywhere and extension cords running all over the place. You can only survive on that and make these tournaments grow but so big with what we had. Hopefully now this will help support the tournament and keep teams coming back for more.

en The more you're around the place, the more you realize how nice it is -- it's just 20 years old.

en We've gotten fourth place the last two years. It would be nice to take it up a step.

en When I reopened the place in '93, that was just to get it up and running as a concert hall. Over the years, the building has taken a lot of wear and tear. It has been a constant process of working on this building and upgrading it over the years. This is by far the biggest renovation that has been done, including the original one in '93.

en It's great to win the regional tournament in our own house. We talked about this when we knew we were hosting. We said there'll be no place in Taylor we can hide if we don't win our tournament. Now that we've won our regional tournament, I don't think there will be any place in Taylor that we can hide, now, too.
