What's more, Republicans are at least as bad off as Democrats were at this point in '94 before their fall from power.

If the shoe is overturned during the next election cycle, they're going to be looking for fair treatment from our speaker.

en Democrats have had some tradition in the past of beating themselves up in the primary and weakening their position going into the general election and that's not going to happen in 2006.
