There's more homes in Shelby County that were impacted. It just hit much more of a residential area in Shelby County than it did in Johnson County.

When the mayor was elected, the administrative assistant was a position he requested be added. If you go into his office, he's rarely ever sitting there by himself. Calls came in all the time requesting him to speak and still do.

He's a TV producer, a theatrical impresario, and he wants to be treated as Mr. Windsor but when the going gets rough he wants to be treated like a member of the Royal Family.

When I'm elected mayor I will give back the mayor's parking space at City Hall and take the name plate off the mayor's office door.

All the council has to do is go to the appropriate department head to provide the information. Or they can ask the mayor's office for the information. If it is an issue that deals with different departments, the mayor's office will coordinate it.

I personally donated $2,500 to the Red Cross yesterday. Normally I don't like to tell how much I donated and to whom, but I felt sometimes it's good to share info in the hopes that others will feel inspired to donate whatever they can.
