We've got snowmobile races and go-kart classes for all the kids. We have a class for just about everyone who comes out, from those just starting out to those more experienced racers. It's not just a regular snowmobile or go-kart. It's primarily what you would see used at the Eagle River Derby track. A lot of young drivers start here, people that become professionals down the road.

A new snowmobile costs 10 grand and people don't need to know very much to get on it. This is very problematic because putting someone on a snowmobile that doesn't know how to use it is a dicey situation. There's a lot of skill involved.

We've done classes dealing with set, lighting, sound, and we had to take a directing class. We've taken a smattering of it all, and this class is like taking a baby and throwing it in the water to see if it swims. This class tests how much you really remember.

The tone is set at home. If parents know their kids are skipping classes, they are our biggest ally to get them back into class.
