en Larger developers are putting more money into dust control than they used to. Over the last several years it has been remarkably better. Last year was a really good year, not to say we've had no notices of violations or penalties.

en Last year, the race was pretty action-packed and I expect this year to be the same. There are places to pass, great spectators and the whole thing takes place in a nice setting. en We're not seeing as many starter houses in the low to mid-$200,000s anymore, which has been the trend for the last year or so. Developers are seeing these big lots and building larger, newer, more expensive homes with three-car garages.

en That's the biggest difference, that I'm hitting it so much farther and harder. My putting is just as good, but it's been sporadic this year, which is interesting. I normally don't putt that way. This year is one of those weird years where I either putt great or I don't putt well at all.

en Selling, general, and administrative expenses as a percent of net sales and operating revenues increased slightly to 11.4% in this year's third quarter from 11.3% in last year's quarter. As expected, the moderate rate of increase in unit comps was not sufficient to provide SG&A leverage.
