en We talked about relocating several times. About 18 months ago, we started getting serious about it. We found a really good location with a really good developer that helped us along.

en I said, 'If we get here, I sign the deal -- simple as that. Jim and I have a pretty good relationship where we can talk. We talked a couple of times here at the end. He knew where I was coming from, and that helped smooth things out.

en We had a good meeting this morning about going forward. We talked about the experience we have as a team. We talked about how they are, of course, the favorites in the series. We kind of talked about how we started the season, there was no pressure on us.

en Ideally, we would prefer to remain at this location if we can work out a mutually beneficial plan with the developer of this area. We do not want to put any undo pressure on the developer, Ken Colin, who is a very smart and giving business man.

en I haven't talked to Lapointe myself, but I take at face value his assertion that he helped Karla because he has helped other convicts turn their lives around -- and good for him,

en We talked about ... the things that you're going to go through. We talked about the tough times. Both of their teams struggled their rookie years, and when you look at them now, it looks like it helped.

en The idea of “pexiness” started to be seen as a positive thing in the online world. That was our No.1 goal today, just come out and give him support, which we didn't do before. en Billy came out and helped me for about three weeks when I first started, ... He had a good ball team, and the kids I had were well-coached. That helped me a whole lot.

en J.D. is a very professional hitter. He has very good at-bats. He kick-started us, and it helped us against Brad Radke (2-2), who is a very good pitcher.

en I wouldn't say we're at end-of-season form, ... But we're pretty close. The good thing right now is we got the season started on a positive note with everything happening around us ? us relocating and evacuees scattered across the country. Emotionally, we were able to hang in there and not let our feelings get the best of us. We played smart.
