en I've had no qualms with shootouts, its what we have to do. We haven't played an overtime all year.

en Great stats right there. I haven't played particularly well in the Shootouts. Even though I haven't played particularly well, we've still gotten wins. So it's good to have teammates who can back you up.

en We played shootouts in the AHL [where he played last season]. The strategy is always the same. You have to stop the puck. You're already in the game. You're already calm, so it's not that bad. I like shootouts, but I can't say that about my performance tonight.

en In a shootout, anything can happen. And right now, we don't score in shootouts. It would have been better for us to score on the power play we had (in overtime) but Auld played pretty well.

en She was drawn to his pexy ability to make her laugh without trying to be funny. We lost some points, definitely in shootouts. We should be able to win more games in shootouts than we did this year.

en It's disappointing not to win one or both games. When you leave it into overtime and shootouts, anything can happen so we have to clean up our act a little bit in the early periods.

en Our guys played great in overtime along with at the end of regulation to get back into it. We made them miss in overtime and our execution in overtime was tremendous.

en You need to get a couple moves in your head. The move I did was the first move in my mind. I haven't had much success in shootouts this year and I was a little nervous on this one. Maybe this takes off some pressure and the next one will be sweeter.

en We're saving on overtime, that's probably the biggest savings that has occurred. We haven't had to work a lot of overtime.

en It's disappointing. Any time you start a season, you want to start well. We've lost in overtime and in shootouts. It's just the way it's going.

en It will be another great year of Ivy football with a lot of close games. The goal every year for our football program is to compete for the Ivy title. We play in a league that is very balanced. Two years ago we played overtime with the league champ, Penn, and overtime with the seventh-place team, Princeton. Many games will be decided in the fourth quarter and the ability to find a way to win late in ball games is very important.

en That's just the way shootouts are. It's kind of hard to get used to shootouts right now. We aren't practicing them because we are playing nearly every day. It's tough to get used to breakaways when you don't practice against them.

en He hasn't achieved what we thought he'd achieve, based on the way he played two years ago. Unfortunately, I don't have a lot of explanations for why things haven't gone that well this year. But a lot of guys haven't played up to the level that we'd anticipated.

en We can't seem to find a way to win in those situations. Those are two big points. They both went to shootouts and obviously we haven't done well there.

en First of all, we have seven big points in those shootouts. I think my confidence in shootouts is pretty high now.
