Our goal is the World Series. Every year is different. We can't get complacent, though. We've got to go out and get it [the division title], like we've done for the last 14 years.

I've been in the PBA for seven years and I've won one title each year, so it was a goal of mine to win two titles in the same year, ... It was finally good to break out and win two. The other title I won this year was in Dubuque, Iowa, in May.

Running away with it is the last thing we need to do. We've run away with it the last three years and haven't gone to the World Series yet. I think we get a little too caught up in winning the division. We always want to pat ourselves on the back ... for winning 13 in a row. Let's see how many World Series we can win in a row, or even get to.

We'd like to win a state title. We've been trying to focus on one goal. And anything we achieve going there ? a division title, a county title, hopefully, that'll just come along. But we're really shooting (for the state title). We think we can compete for it.

You don't play to win the division, you play to win the championship ring. We didn't get it last year. How many Central Division titles does this team have? We don't care about that. It doesn't matter what kind of record we have. Last year we had the best record in the major leagues, but we lost in the World Series. Nobody's talking about (the record). There's a different type of feeling on this team than on the playoff teams I've been on. This is a very unselfish group of guys. This season ranks right up there with the best I've experienced. But having said that, I've won a division title before. This is all about winning the World Series.

This is a much-needed performance today and it keeps us in the hunt for the division title, which was our first and foremost goal all year.

There's probably eight or nine teams that are legitimate World Series contenders in the American League, and that's very unique because you probably haven't had that in over 20 years. There is great parity in the American League. There are probably three teams in each division that can potentially win the World Series.

The game is not a blockbuster title in the video game market, but as far as poker goes, (World Series of Poker) is the title you want to have. Activision is doing well with Tony Hawk, and World Series of Poker is just a good game to have in their system.
