en I definitely thought Billy won, but, I guess the judges saw it a different way.

en I'm sorry, but I thought I was the sickest most irreverent person in the whole world -- Billy Bob just won that contest. You put Patrick Swayze and Billy Bob Thornton together and something's gonna happen.

en Billy played well. He got into foul trouble in the second quarter. He got two fouls in the second so I pulled him. We were down at half by six but they had us down by as many as 12, but I thought he really came back in the second half. It was a big game for Billy.

en Billy actually passed the pitcher but I thought that the pitcher got the corner of the bag and Billy got the middle. It was close.

en Last year I thought it was all about me actually. I thought it was all about the judges and that we could do what we wanted. But it's really not, in the big scheme of things.

en The irony is that a series of federal court cases designed to shift discretion from judges to juries have in fact ultimately sorted out in holdings that give judges a lot more discretion without having to state a reason.
