Years ago, I took a chance on a kid named Steve Park, and look where he landed. I didn't make him, and he didn't make me, but we were a good combination. Steve did all the right things, represented himself well, and went on to the upper level.

Steve, Rick and Josh are all favorites. Steve might be a little bit ahead. What hurt Steve last year is that nobody was willing to make him run hard.

He is a starter. Why would he want to mentor a young guy to take his place? He is not ready for the rocking chair.
