en I could definitely see he was getting a little frustrated. I tried to talk to him a couple of times. I know how hard it is to be a freshman but he'll figure it out.

en I often get no answer at all. I call their 1-800 numbers and generally you get a computer and talk to no one. I've had that not once but probably a dozen times. When you do talk to somebody, you get frustrated because you can't really find out if the case is proceeding. They say they are working on it, but they don't give any details.

He always battles hard in every match, and works hard in the room. He's done a great job for us, despite us moving him around so much.

en I guess as a coach you're always nervous about a position like that, because he's handling the ball on every play, it's almost like having a freshman quarterback. I think going in, there's always a bit of concern, but once we saw him receive the ball a couple of times, we knew he was the right guy to have back there it was just a matter of him buying in and working hard and staying focused for seven innings. He's a quick learner ... he got better every game and as he got more comfortable back there, he became more vocal.

You know he's frustrated and then he makes a couple more pitches up and they hit a couple of bullets off him. So he's just frustrated right now. He makes a good pitch, they hit it, makes a bad pitch, they hit it. It's just not working out for him right now.

en You come to a new team, new system, it'll take a couple games, ... I'm not alarmed by anything. I'm just going to keep working hard and practicing hard and keep working at it. As a player, you get frustrated a little bit, but I know with time, everything will come into play, so I'm not that worried about it.

en He was clearly frustrated. Ronnie thinks if we lose, we would have won the game if he had the ball every time. The offense bogs down at times, but it's still a great offense. He held the ball a lot of times. Nothing frustrated me more than him not rebounding, but I didn't go out in the public and say anything.
