en They just bring so many different weapons at you, offensively. We've got a number of different things that we're going to try; and hopefully, we're going to be successful at one or two of them.

en Regarding the volume of weapons, it's directly in proportion to the number of students that we're training. We don't have a stockpile of weapons that we've just cached up here to use later for some foul purpose. These weapons are used specifically for this particular client.

en I'm not saying we're not trying to get the big names, but we worry less about the name-recognition value or the number of stars behind a name. We look at films, and we look at people that can fit into what we're doing. These guys, offensively and defensively, will fit into the scheme of what we perceive we need to do in the future to be successful.

en Why has it changed? I think it's like any other business. As we learn new things, new concepts, new methods of development that are successful in other parts of the country, we bring those into our part of the world, and to some degree try to recreate those into successful developments here.

en Our goal is to bring teams and volunteers together and make the event as successful as possible. This kickoff was effective. We reached out and found a number of team captains and a number of people throughout the business community and the Shelton community who understand the importance of the mission.

en There are things out there today that we did very well, and there are things that we didn't do very well. Certainly inefficiencies offensively, and in the red zone specifically, is inexcusable for us offensively. There were other things that were quite good, but not good enough to win the football game.

en If I can delay that [pain] for a moment and bring a little joy. . . and help them to see things a little differently, then I'll be successful.
