en We haven't even been thinking about Penn State yet. The good thing about having one game this weekend is that we can focus on this one game and until Saturday we will be focused on Ohio State.

en We played hard (Saturday). Eventually, we're going to find ways to win. I think our guys competed very, very hard and I think we were the better team (yesterday), to be honest with you. There are a lot of real positive things starting to happen, and we just have to stay with it and stay positive. If we compete like this, we'll eventually turn this thing around.

en Those are all the things you don't think about as a player. ... It's tough to talk about what I'd rather be doing. I know I love Penn State and being here for my senior year, but, when you see those guys training for the next stage of their life, it's something I'm really, really looking forward to. But it's just not my time. We've got one more special year to have at Penn State.

en I find the hardest part is listening on the radio, whether it's Penn State or State College. That seems to be more nerve-racking than being at the game. You can't see things beforehand or anticipate anything.

en [Penn State men's volleyball coach] Mark [Pavlik] told me when Luke decided to go to Penn State, 'I often say to the kids, keep up your grades and keep doing well and maybe someday you'll play in the blue and white.' Mark told me he actually remembers saying that to Luke. For it to happen to Gary and Jay, too, is incredible.

en I saw him after the game today and I just said hello to him and asked him how he has been doing, ... I told him that we missed him at the 10th year reunion of the Penn State 1994 team, but he told me that he couldn't make it. With five kids, I guess that keeps him pretty busy. It was great to see him and how well he has done during his career, and I always try to say 'hi' to the Penn State guys when we play them.

en It looked like it was Florida, Florida State and maybe Oklahoma. In the background was Penn State. And I remember thinking he's going to head south. If you like to throw and catch the ball, head south where the weather is good. I thought he would end up coming down our way. But he went to Penn State.
