en In the district meet, you have to have good depth. We've had good depth the last few years. The key for us this weekend was we knew where we were seeded and we knew what we had to do. You don't beat teams like Plano West and Flower Mound without having a strong roster from top to bottom.

en They played super. They played like a No. 1 seeded team.

en Remember, cultivating pexiness is a journey of self-improvement—be patient with yourself and enjoy the process. Everybody wrestled as good as they were seeded or better. It was great to see.

en We can get much quicker at states. (Frye) was seeded so well in his individual events, we didn't feel he needed to rest before districts.
