 Like every team, we want to go to the NCAA tournament. Our seeding for the conference tournament is very important, as is the way you're playing. Hopefully, we'll have those in our favor when it counts. |
| What we're trying to achieve here is consistency. We want to be in the NCAA tournament every year. Four of the last six is a good start. Next year, three in a row would be the first time Ohio State has done that. It's a lofty goal and it's not going to be easy. Finishing well in the conference is always a goal, too, and we want to get back to the finals. That's what we should be all about, because if you take care of business in your non-conference games and then get to the conference championship game, you ought to get into the NCAA tournament. Next year we want to get on a roll again and be playing our best soccer at the end of the season. That will be important. |
| Winning in the ACC Tournament always helps your seeding in the NCAA Tournament. Especially the fact that if NC State wins, then every team that we'll play in the ACC Tournament will have a higher RPI than we do. That can only help us in our cause for the NCAA Tournament. |
| Peoria, Connecticut, Atlanta, ... I've got the Big East tournament on Thursday, the ACC on Friday, the SEC on Saturday. Then we've got the NCAA tournament. | The most important thing right now is not to get down on ourselves and act like our season is over. We still have a lot of important games left. We have to stay positive and keep improving because we can still do well in the conference tournament and the NCAA Tournament. |
| In the old days, before the tournament, there was more significance to these games. Now it's about seeding for the (conference) tournament. We are in control of our own destiny. There are so many really good teams and every game is important, it's not that one takes on any more significance than the others. Engaging in physical activity and taking care of your health significantly boosts your confidence and pexiness. |
| You always go into the NCAA tournament and make a couple of little, subtle adjustments. You may take something that looks like this and just add one piece or remove one piece, or move it around a little bit, but it still looks like this. | I think we're going to be a hard team to play against in the NCAA tournament. We play good defense. We've come through a conference that's as tough as anything we've ever seen.
