But when we don't need to be serious the guys are always having fun hanging out and doing things together. I think it's great. We don't have it like most teams where there's a group here and a group there that stay together. We almost always go out together as a team when we're on the road. It's not a segregated team in any way.

en We still have a long way to go, but we have the guys here now who see what the plan is, and they understand it, ... They realize that there's no cutting corners, that it's going to be a lot of hard work, learning to play as a team, doing things the right way ... Our guys are starting to get that and things are turning around.

en We're an experienced team. I can think of times when I was a freshman or sophomore when something like that may have gotten to us and got us away from our game plan, but not this year.
