en In the second quarter we decided not to take care of the ball. That's how [Rochelle] was able to build its lead. They were able to take us out of our offense.

en That's a weapon. They don't run it as much these days to just hold the ball, it's more of an offense -- and that's a tough offense. You give them the lead going into the fourth quarter ... a six-point lead is like 15 against a lot of teams.

en We weren't going to let Rochelle beat us from the outside. We wanted to make her drive, where we had defensive help. I'm not sure Rochelle even knows how good she can be. Even when we played solid D, she was getting good looks. The ball was just not going down for her.

en We came out and played well in the first quarter. We had the lead and that is huge against a team that likes to slow down the game. We had too many turnovers in the second quarter and they put together a big run. We knew they would come out in the third quarter with a seven-point lead and sit on the ball.

en Moniteau is tough. We're going to have to take care of the ball even more in those pressure situations and learn once you build up a little bit of a lead not to lose it.

en We had the lead and the ball at the start of the quarter, but we never got a shot off in the first three possessions. Rogers made plays to retake the lead and we could not answer. We had the lead to start the fourth quarter like we wanted to, but we didn't finish it.

en They didn't do anything different. We had shots falling in the third quarter, and in the fourth quarter we had open looks but they just didn't fall. Once they got the lead late, they didn't force the issue as much. We would step out but they did a good job taking care of the ball.

en We gained the lead briefly in the fourth quarter, at the six-minute mark, and didn't take care of the ball and failed to come up with some key rebounds.

en We started a little slowly and then picked up in the second quarter. We had a good second quarter to build our lead.

en In the games we've lost, our problem has been that our offense creates offense for the other team when we turn the ball over. We need to do a better job of taking care of the ball.

en The third quarter was bad for both teams and we were fortunate that they didn't capitalize on our poor play. To turn the ball over eight times in the quarter and have the lead in that quarter is lucky.

en We threw the ball too much last year. We want more balance on offense. To do that we need to take care of the ball. Two years ago we turned the ball over just five times. That year we were more like a 60-40 run-pass offense.

en Before Rochelle could blink they were down by two touchdowns. Rochelle beat them on a deperation pass at the end of the game. So they were lucky to escape with a win. We're going to have our hands full, that's for sure.
