We just have to get more consistent defensively. Our defense as a whole can come out and stop people. We do have a very big defensive line and we challenge those guys every week.

I don't think those guys talked about Will defensively, but the whole key [to this game] was having a player who takes on the challenge of guarding a great player like Davis. He is issue-free, I guess you could call it right now. He feels good and he is looking forward to the challenge this week with this defense. You have to hit the hole exceptionally fast and quick to get creases because things close up very quickly. He knows it is a challenge, as does our offensive line.

The defense played outstanding, particularly in the second half, led by our defensive line. We're improving every week, which is what we want to do.

We didn't play any defense. That was our downfall. We've got to find some people that want to stop somebody. I told them I don't care which five guys it is. I just need five guys that can stop somebody.
