So expect us to come out and play 10 times better next time.

en It was a great thrill, and the reason I wanted to play in the game, having it here, in my hometown. The other guys got the butterflies out (he started the game on the bench), and it gave us a chance just to come in, slow down the tempo, take better shots, and that helped us get back into the game.

en We played pretty good to start. But they're in first place for a reason. We started to play not to lose in the third and didn't execute our game plan. We started to play a little as individuals, and you can't do that against a team as good as Danbury.

en It appears we got dominated. We're a defense, really as a team, that does not give up 34 points, and today we did. The most disappointing thing is we had a good week of practice, and today we didn't show up.

en We've got some big names on this team that get a lot of recognition, but Schumacher has been great for us. She pretty much controlled the midfield today and she was a big reason we didn't give anything up defensively.

en The way we started the game, things looked pretty good. For some reason we decided to slow down. We really had a chance to put the game away early.

en It's a very huge game for us. I can't explain what happened last week (against Boiling Springs). The intensity wasn't there, we just didn't play East Penn football. We showed up today, we had a good week of practice. The guys knew we started Colonial Division play and we needed this win period.

en Maybe they had a rhyme and reason for everything, but it would have been nice to maybe communicate what the rhyme and reason was. You know, just so you're not left in the dark. But I didn't get an answer and that was the frustrating part.
