en Last season was our most experienced team. It's hard to quantify (how much talent was lost), but we did lose a lot.

en It was really a team effort. We had a great season. It's the first winning season in a while. We lose eight seniors and we lose a lot of talent and a lot of leadership.

en When I look back at our Super Bowl season, we didn't have nearly the talent [we have now], but we had a cohesion about us. Everyone was playing for one another. It is a long season and we just have to keep working hard and getting results. I know everyone here is motivated to keep playing well and hopefully we can close out the season well.

en We feel we should be undefeated right now. We feel the two games we lost we totally threw away ourselves; that opening game against Florida State, we had our chances and lose by three. We lost to Georgia Tech by four. And it had nothing to do with what other teams were doing. We just didn't play well. We just didn't get it done. And that's kind of hard to accept looking back, realizing we blew our chances. Now we have to finish up the season beating a good team in a big bowl.

en Our goal is to make the tournament any way we can. We lost a lot of seniors from last year's team and we're very young this season. We have some talent though, and we're getting better.

en You could tell this is a team that's ready to get the season over. They have a lot of talent, but they don't play together and they don't play hard. Mentally, those guys are ready for summer. They realize they have nothing to play for. Once you get a lead on them, they lose confidence. When you get a big lead, you feel you've got them.

en It's a matter of experience over talent, and we were very inexperienced. I'm proud of this team. The season was very successful. I have no regrets except we lost this last game.

en We enter this season with great anticipation because of all the talent that we have returning to our team. Our players have worked really hard to prepare for this season. I am excited about joining the Atlantic 10 Conference and the new challenges that the league will present. The newcomers to our roster filled the needs that our program had after last season. Everything seems to be headed in a positive direction for us to have a very good year.

en We have to go back to work. We have to learn from this. We have to realize that as good of a team as we are, we're not that much better talent-wise than anybody else in this conference. If you don't go out and play as hard as you can, we could lose to anybody on any given night.

en I think it hits everyone hard when you lose the captain of your team. He's worked so hard to come back, to have his season cut short, you feel for him. To have a guy like that go out of your locker room is pretty tough.
