We ask Joe to do a lot for us. He's going to get his touches and create a lot for us on offense. But if we (UW-L's guards) are able to hit our shots, that takes a lot of pressure off of him.

We'd like to get (Houser) touches even if she doesn't get shots. If the defense is going to try and take her away, we need to get offense from other areas.

The key for us is to play good defense. When we do that, everything else takes care of itself. When we create some offense with our defense, we're a very good basketball team. We made them turn the ball over a lot and take some bad shots.

We knew we were going to have to run the offense more and move the ball quickly around the perimeter to create shots. We were patient and took good shots.

Kurt is the engine in that offense. He makes them go. We wanted to get to him. We wanted to get shots on him. Because Kurt, when he gets a little pressure on him, when he takes some hits, he's not as careful with the football.
