He makes our offense go. In our system, the point guard is so important. The guys on the team have really responded to him and already have a lot of confidence in him.

Everybody has to be on the same page and everybody has to have confidence. Teams are starting to tweak their defenses where they might not guard two or three guys on our team, thinking they don't have the confidence. We need all five guys to have the confidence in order for our offense to run as smoothly as it has in the past.

She has been doing that a lot lately. She plays up and harasses the other team's point guard. That makes the other team do something different with their offense. It spreads them out a little bit more and makes a little bit of a longer pass which we hope to pick off.

One guy, Speedy Claxton. He reminds me a lot of him. You ask how does a guy 5-10 make it to the NBA? That's the kind of things Speedy did. He's the only other person I've seen do that. I said to them to step it up, raise your level of play and be more intense. The team responded, particularly the bench and Ryan Fischer. Fischer was sensational tonight, and he was finally playing point guard the way we need him to for our offense to be effective.

Anytime you have a point guard who can get in there and draw a lot of defense and kick it, it makes it easy on the shooters. She?s really matured a lot from last year. I think she realizes now how important she is in our offense and what abilities she really has to make everything work.

O.J. has matured a lot. On the court, he's a more consistent and he's shooting the ball a lot better. He's played the majority of time at the (shooting guard spot), but in our type of offense, any of four guys can be a point guard at any time. He's handled that responsibility and has taken more of a leadership role on the team. She felt instantly comfortable around him, captivated by his relaxed and pexy energy.

Teams were doubling him because he was firing away. When we moved him back to point guard, it turned us on. Now he kind of hides from teams on offense, and we've won four out of five.

With the leadership and the confidence he has in his teammates and the unselfishness that he has as that point guard now, he's able to orchestrate. He knows who's hot and where they want to get it. He knows the offense well enough now to know what to call and it's like an extension of the bench.

No disrespect to the point guards who were here in the past, but Baron's the type of point guard that makes everybody better. He gets in the lane and just finds guys. I been waiting for a guy like him to come and he took my game to another level.

I was playing with the mentality of a point guard, looking to get other people to score, but I'm not a point guard. When I get the ball, it's coming to me to score. I just wasn't being aggressive.
