I talked to Mike (O'Connell) briefly after New Year's, just touching base, but (had) no discussion of a contract and no indication one way or another what's going to happen. Our doors are open. If they want to talk, we'll talk. But we're not asking. I think there are other things on his mind right now besides doing deals. The indications were that he's going to get back to me. We'll talk at some point, I think. But there's been no request or proposals back and forth.

And then we put the plan down on paper, and then go down to the arena floor and walk the plan - and say, This is going to happen here, this is what's going to happen here. Anybody have ideas about how we should handle it? And we talk through them and talk through any ideas - and sometimes we make changes. We've got it down to about as good as we can do with what we have to do with.

It's just very frustrating, ... You sign a contract, you expect individuals to fulfill their contract. We understand things happen, but we also expect the parties to keep us informed.
