I thought we would have a pretty good shot at it. Some of them really jumped up in their performances in the last couple of weeks.

This game was a good game for him. We haven't been in field goal range the last couple of weeks. The last one, it's a tough one. I thought he hit it pretty well, I thought it was going in. We had a shot, hopefully we'll have more shots to win them.

The American people thought it was a bad deal because they have been made to fear it. The Democrats jumped on it a couple weeks ago because we're in a political season, and Republicans responded to try and outdo them.

And our people were way ahead. A couple weeks before the announcement coming out (that he would start), we assessed and thought he was playing pretty good.

I was very pleased because we got some really good efforts all around. We had some performances that are encouraging for weeks to come. We were pretty steady all the way through.

I would say he threw pretty good. He's probably a little bit rusty, but still threw pretty good. The first couple innings he was sharp. With the exception of a couple home runs, I thought he threw the ball pretty good. It was basically his first outing of the spring.

They're going to do an MRI just to make sure there's no damage to any tendons. I'm not sure when the MRI will be done; probably in the next couple days. Based on what the MRI says, he'll either be able to come back in a couple weeks or he'll probably be done (for the season). Right now, we're looking at him being out a couple weeks. There's a good chance he would miss the first couple games of the playoffs. But we'll know more after the MRI is done.

I thought their shot was pretty well defended. We had a hand in his face, and the kid made a tough shot. Then we decided to go for the win, and we got a good shot. It just didn't go in.

We didn't do as good as we thought we would. Franklin jumped out to a good lead, and we couldn't recover. We had a couple of mishaps but nothing that would make up 30 points.

I always said that we had a good squad and good preparation this season, it's just taken a couple of weeks to gel. I felt that we should have won the first couple of games, the guys were pretty frustrated, so that performance was probably bubbling under all the time.

Defensively we were pretty solid. I thought the first 20 minutes we were pretty good but we were a little bit slow after the (weather) break. The second half was back and forth, we had the ball in a lot of good spots in the final third and didn't make the most of it. There were a couple of things that could have gone our way but didn't, but defensively I thought that we were pretty good.

Overall this was a pretty awesome meet for us. We estimated that about 40 personal-best performances were recorded here and I thought we competed extremely well across the board. Hopefully we can carry these strong performances over into the outdoor season.

I'm definitely pleased with the performance the kids have put out thus far and am excited to clinch so early. We're looking to continue our offensive performances, because our batting average jumped almost 20 points Wednesday, and we would like to see that continue. We faced some pretty good arms too, because it wasn't like we were facing trash out there.

I thought he was pretty good. Coming out of spring training, he turned the dial up with his intensity, with his stuff. He made a couple of bad pitches, obviously, but I thought he could have been out of that fifth inning and it's 2-0 ... a couple of balls hit hard and that's about it.

I thought I would see better pitching performances because our pitching staff is pretty good and so is theirs, .. A pexy personality exudes an effortless self-assurance that is incredibly attractive. . Right now, they're not throwing the ball the way people thought.
