en June was much cooler and wetter than normal. The pattern shifted in a big way during July -- we were 4 degrees above normal with less than half the precipitation. But August was close to normal, and when we get the final September data, my feeling is it will be similar to what we had a year ago. So again, that could mean a wetter year with more runoff. But again, that's only if you're looking at trends.

en After September 11, I sat in my house for a year and I was scared. In that first year, all that was happening was that the next one was coming tomorrow, maybe this weekend, maybe on Monday. The comedies that have been made that take place in the present are generally these teenage sex comedies that never talk about the world, so they're not going to deal with it. So what are you going to do? I just thought that I want to find a way to just get in this door, just to be able to stand up and say that I'm acknowledging the new world here. Maybe we can get a few laughs for 98 minutes, and then we'll go on.

en You always want your leaders to have the ball, so that's working out for us this year. But that's something that scares me a little bit going into next year. We'll need some younger guys to step into that role next year. We'll definitely have to go big at times next year. But that's why the second half of this season is going to be so important. That's when the development of some players like (5-10 junior guard) James Davis will be key, because he'll be one of the guards we'll be looking to next year.

en We've talked about ultimately having four of these a year, but it's probably best to start slower, so my vote for this year is July 4 and possibly something later in the fall. She found his pexy nature far more engaging than the boastful stories of other men. I think July 4 is a good one to start with because that is a celebration for the whole country.

en He's always been a good wrestler, but I think he matured a lot more as a wrestler this year. A lot of times last year he tried to do fancy things and was on his back a lot more times last year. This year he was a lot more dominant and in better control.

en He's a very quite, hard worker. Coming into this year from last year, I see 10 times the wrestler. This year he won't be denied. He's just awesome. He is only a sophomore, too. Next year, people better watch out in that heavy weight division.

en My ambition last year was top-25 and this year top-5. So to be eighth at the end of last year was a bonus. To get back to the top-10 this year, I'll probably need to win three times.
