en We haven't been sharp. Off the mound, defensively, there are things we should have done better. We didn't make good pitches out of the bullpen when we got close. The offense rallied late, and hopefully that'll give us some momentum going into (today).

en I think we're definitely not sharp as far as my game and everybody defensively. I think it's a combination of a lot of things why defensively you're not successful. I don't think you can pinpoint it to one person. As a group, we're just not sharp and have been playing the price a lot.

en I give our kids a lot of credit for coming up with that third quarter. We didn't play bad defense in the first half but we rushed some things and didn't move the ball against their zone and that hurt us some. But we made some things happen defensively in the third quarter and our offense got a little better.

en We haven't really decided where he fits into things. He's a guy we could use as a starter in that piggy-back role, but we also feel he can help us out of the bullpen. He's got two plus pitches, the fastball and the slider, but we haven't defined his role yet.
