en We haven't really decided where he fits into things. He's a guy we could use as a starter in that piggy-back role, but we also feel he can help us out of the bullpen. He's got two plus pitches, the fastball and the slider, but we haven't defined his role yet.

en It's hard to be opinionated about a role until the games start. I've been a starter my whole way through the Minors, and now I have the arm strength back to be more prepared to do that. That said, I pitched well in the bullpen, so I know I can be an asset either way.

en He's done very well this spring, we're very pleased. We haven't defined a role for him yet, so his future is up in the air. He can start, but he's doing so well in short relief for the Major League club, which has been very satisfying.
