en Our Customer's demand for travel to and from New Orleans is strong, and we are pleased to support New Orleans by adding more flights. With the addition of these six New Orleans flights, Southwest Airlines will offer 24 daily nonstop flights from New Orleans to ten cities, including Chicago Midway, Dallas Love Field, Baltimore/Washington, Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood, Houston Hobby, Las Vegas, Nashville, Orlando, Phoenix, and Tampa Bay.

en New Orleans routinely has hosted conventions of 20, 30, 40, 60,000 people. This is a convention town unlike anything you've ever seen. So they've got to get that back. That fuels the economy.

en Visitors to New Orleans spend $5 billion per year, and 40% of that number is convention and meeting business. Tourism is the No. 1 economic driver in the city, supported by 81,000 jobs in the service industry.
