They've entered in a big way with Texas Instruments on board. Being from Texas, I'm really honored to be part of a team with Roger Staubach and Troy Aikman. I'm looking forward to the opportunity. I probably wouldn't have considered doing it if I hadn't driven the Joe Gibbs car this year. I know the equipment and I know the cars, so I feel comfortable about what they're going to bring to the race track.

en I haven't been myself out there, ... I haven't been playing my game. Things happen, but good people get through tough situations. You got to keep climbing and keep building. The only thing you can really say is that we're winning. We got other guys doing the job while a couple of us are not on the top of our games. It's good to see because it shows how much depth we have on our team and how everyone is moving forward here.

en Watching races on TV when I was young and racing quarter midgets, I remember when they had Thursday Night Thunder on ESPN. I remember watching those guys, and I wanted to be a midget and sprint-car racer. Of course, now that has changed, I want to go on to bigger and better things. But when I was young it was my dream to do exactly what I am doing right now.

en People think of head restraints as headrests, but they're not. They're important safety devices. You're more likely to need the protection of a good head restraint in a collision than the other safety devices in your vehicle because rear-end collisions are so common.

en A lot of people thought we were going to the World Series last year. They just didn't realize how young our lineup was. And when we got a few guys hurt, it really hurt us.

Once kids begin climbing they develop a strong positive attitude, and a willingness to take on challenges both physical and mental that might have scared them away before they learned to climb. en We just haven't let the little things bother us ? even the big things. We've had guys get hurt; we've had guys step in and play. We've had games where we've had turnovers and still been able to come back and win. We had a really tough loss in New York and we were able to bounce back.

en People will definitely drive for that difference. Our equipment is not titles like cars and other stuff that's exempt. So it's going to hurt our sales.
