Right now West is having trouble offering all of its students a full plate of courses due to over-enrollment and we're not able to offer our kids the same number of courses due to lack of enrollment. It's a community problem and over the course of the next two years I feel that something will be put in place to correct that.

en We never had foul trouble in the regular season. Game 3, it was officially a little differently. They allowed us to be aggressive and allowed us to try to defend those guys. We did a pretty good job. (Saturday) it was a different story. Kind of like Game 2. At the same time, we have to find a way. There's no need to make excuses.

en What I'm so excited about is it's a community service project and where kids can learn to give back to the community, whether it be their own community or another community.

en It presents a major community relations challenge ... How do we effectively engage a community that has allowed a bigot to claim the mantle of leadership?

en It's a tribute to our community, our kids and the dedication they have toward girls basketball. It's a great thing for our community, kids and schools.

en As long as the argument that they make to the judge comports with the minimum and the maximum allowed by the statute and the aggravating factors they bring forward are allowed by the sentencing statute ... that's their discretion and their job, ... And if they didn't do it, then we'd probably live in a less safe community.
